It is an ideal calming inflammation in the throat, sinusitis, hoarseness, fever, respiratory congestion and mucus removal.

Gingerol a phenol from ginger acts on the nervous system, giving clarity of mind. Ginger inhibits the growth of bacteria Helicobacter Pillai, who is associated with the installation of ulcers.

Fresh ginger juice can successfully treat rheumatic pains.

Being often used in traditional medicine and aromatherapy as excellent remedy for stomach pain, dental pain, headaches, and migraines.
Also, drinking mint tea several times a day for better digestion and much faster, especially if you suffer from gastroparesis.
To prepare this drink we need: a few mint leaves (1-2 teaspoons of fresh or dried leaves of mint), which are thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces;
5 centimeters of fresh ginger, thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces;
1 spoon of honey or your preferred sweetener;
250 milliliters of hot mineral water.
In a mud pour the hot water and add the pieces of fresh mint.
Cover the mud with a lid and let it infuse for 20 minutes.
In the blender add the pieces of ginger and little pour few milliliters from the mint infusion.
Mix for 1-2 minutes, when the ginger is fine minced, add the rest of the mint tea.
Again mix for 1-2 minutes.
Then strain the liquid and add the honey or you preferred sweetener.
Additionally, can add one teaspoon of lemon juice and 3-4 anise seeds. Drink 2 glasses a day with 30 minutes before meals, for maxim one month.
Don’t follow this natural treatment if your medical condition doesn’t permit you to consume or you’re allergic to one of the ingredients.
Pregnant women or nursing mothers should be careful in consumption of this drink due to ginger and mint active substances.
