[music playing] I want to turn the
avocados into a puree. [whirring] I know I want to put
garlic in my avocado puree. So I grab the garlic, and I
cut it open with the knife. But the knife slips. I cut myself. Oh, Elizabeth’s cut herself. ELIZABETH: Cutting myself
really threw me off because even though the medic
is going really quickly, it feels like he’s
going so slow. All right?
Just go. OK, you’re good. [music playing] ELIZABETH: I run
back to my station, and my wormsucker
sauce tastes burnt. I need to get another
wormsucker going. But I know I want to have
a starch on the plate. So I take some small
potatoes and put them in the boiling water
to blanch for a minute. I have some garlic
and oil heating in a pan for my potatoes. And I know I need to transfer
liquid to my sucker in order for it to melt. [music playing] [sizzling] TED: Whoa! Water and oil does not mix. ELIZABETH: I have
oil all over myself. I’ve cut myself. I’m feeling the
pressure of the clock. I’m just completely frazzled. [music playing] CHEF CONTESTANT: Oh my god. Elizabeth looks stressed. And I’m like, worried for her. I want her to be OK. It’s OK. You’re fine. Right now, I just
want to walk away. [music playing] Sometimes things get rough. But you just dig deep. And you can make it. Elizabeth, you are
larger than that food, OK? Own it! Everybody is supporting me. And I think, if I walk away,
I’m giving up everything. I have it in me to
finish this round. ANNOUNCER: New season of
“Chopped Junior” premieres
